Design & Finish

Each umbrella is professionally designed by JeNuine DesignZ with custom Raider Nation artwork created specifically for the curved, multi-panel canopy.

Depending on the information you provide, your design may include photos, names, numbers, class year, team or activity details, meaningful wording, and other approved Raider-themed elements.

The artwork is composed to work with the umbrella's round/octagonal shape so the finished design remains visually balanced when the canopy is fully open.

Photo placement, cropping, typography, graphics, spacing, and decorative elements may be adjusted as needed to create the strongest overall composition across the umbrella panels.

Because umbrella artwork is displayed across a curved, segmented surface, exact placement and alignment may vary slightly from a flat digital proof once the umbrella is assembled and fully opened.

Personalization & Design Limits

Depending on the information you provide, personalization may include photos, names, numbers, class year, team or activity information, school-spirit wording, meaningful details, and other approved Raider-themed elements.

Each umbrella design includes a maximum of 3 customer-supplied photos.

The three-photo maximum helps maintain a clean, balanced composition and keeps important faces, names, and design details readable across the umbrella canopy.

If you have more than three photos you would like considered, please select your three preferred photos before completing your Custom Design Form. Additional photos are not included in the standard umbrella design.

After selecting your umbrella size and other available product options, please complete the Custom Design Form on this product page before adding the item to your cart. The form gives JeNuine DesignZ the information and photos needed to begin creating your custom artwork.

Please review all names, numbers, dates, spelling, class years, team or activity information, and other personalization details carefully before submitting the form.

Photo Quality & Enhancement

The quality of the finished umbrella depends heavily on the quality of the photos provided. For best results, please submit clear, well-lit, high-resolution original photographs whenever possible.

Screenshots, compressed images, blurry photos, heavily cropped images, or very small low-resolution files may not reproduce clearly at the finished print size.

If a submitted photo requires professional enhancement to improve resolution, clarity, exposure, or print quality, a $5–$10 Photo Enhancement Fee may apply depending on the amount of correction required.

No photo enhancement work or additional enhancement charge will be applied without your approval. If enhancement is recommended, JeNuine DesignZ will contact you before proceeding and provide the applicable fee. You may also choose to submit a different photo instead.

Photo enhancement can significantly improve many images, but it cannot guarantee perfect results from severely blurred, damaged, cropped, or extremely low-resolution source photos. If an image is not suitable for the design, JeNuine DesignZ may request a replacement photo before completing your proof.

How It Works

1. Select your umbrella options. Choose your preferred open-arc size and any other available product options shown on this page.
2. Complete the Custom Design Form. Open the “Complete Your Custom Design Form” section and submit up to 3 photos along with the requested personalization details before adding the umbrella to your cart.
3. Add your umbrella to the cart and complete checkout.
4. Your submission is reviewed. JeNuine DesignZ will review your photos, personalization, selected umbrella size, and design details. If additional information or photo enhancement is needed, you will be contacted before the design moves forward.
5. Your custom artwork is created. A digital proof will be sent within 24–48 hours after all required design information and usable photos have been received.
6. Review your proof carefully. Check all names, numbers, spelling, photos, colors, placement, and personalization details.
7. Approve your proof. Production begins only after your final design has been approved.

Proof Approval & Final Sale

Once your digital proof is approved, the design is considered final and production will begin.

Please carefully review all names, numbers, spelling, photos, colors, placement, and personalization details before approving your proof.

Changes or corrections requested after proof approval may require additional fees and may not be possible once production has started. Because this product is personalized and made specifically for you, your order becomes final once the proof has been approved.

Our Quality Commitment: If JeNuine DesignZ makes a production or design error that differs from your approved proof, we will work with you to correct the issue.

Artwork, Copyright & Usage Rights

By submitting photographs, logos, graphics, artwork, trademarks, names, or other materials to JeNuine DesignZ, you confirm that you own the submitted materials or have obtained the necessary permission, license, or authorization to use and reproduce them for your custom order.

JeNuine DesignZ relies on the customer's representation that all submitted materials are authorized for the requested use. The customer is responsible for obtaining any permissions or licenses required for copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected materials submitted with an order.

JeNuine DesignZ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any design request involving material that we reasonably believe may infringe the intellectual property rights of another person, business, organization, school, team, or other rights holder.

By approving the final proof, the customer confirms that the submitted materials and completed design are authorized for the requested use and accepts responsibility for claims arising from materials supplied by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Production Time

This personalized umbrella is made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days after proof approval for production.

The production timeline begins only after your digital proof has been approved. Delays in submitting required information, providing usable photos, responding to design questions, or approving your proof will move the estimated completion date accordingly.

Care & Handling

Allow the umbrella to dry fully in the open position after use whenever possible before storing it.

Store the umbrella in a clean, dry area when not in use. Avoid forcing the umbrella open or closed if the mechanism is obstructed.

Although designed with windproof construction, no umbrella is indestructible. Use care during severe wind, storms, or other extreme weather conditions.
