Custom Orders & Design Approval

• Custom Requests: We specialize in Large format graphic designs, custom T’s, custom party favors, Event Decor and much more. Custom orders require full payment before work begins.

• Design Proofs: A proof/mockup will be provided for approval before production. Please review carefully, as once approved, no changes can be made.

• No Cancellations: Once a custom order is in production, cancellations are not allowed.

 Payment & Pricing

• Accepted Payments: We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.

• Taxes: Sales tax is applied where required by law.

• Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change without notice. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases.

 Order Issues & Lost Packages

• Incorrect Shipping Address: Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order is marked as delivered, JeNuine DesignZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
