Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final on custom and personalized items. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review and provide a replacement or store credit if eligible.

Non-Custom Items: For non-custom products, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
