Refund policy

 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • All sales are final on custom and personalized items. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review and provide a replacement or store credit if eligible.

  • Non-Custom Items: For non-custom products, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
