    Depending on the information you provide, your artwork may incorporate photos, coordinated typography, names, numbers, class year, team or activity details, meaningful wording, and other approved Raider-themed elements.
  </p>

  <p>
    Photo placement, cropping, text, spacing, effects, and decorative elements may be adjusted to create the strongest overall composition around the tumbler.
  </p>

  <p>
    Because the finished artwork wraps around a cylindrical surface, important faces, names, numbers, and other key design elements will be positioned with visibility and balance in mind rather than simply placing a flat rectangular design onto the tumbler.
  </p>

  <h3>Personalization &amp; Design Limits</h3>

  <p>
    Depending on the information you provide, personalization may include photos, names, numbers, class year, team or activity information, school-spirit wording, meaningful details, and other approved Raider-themed elements.
  </p>

  <p>
    <strong>Each tumbler design includes a maximum of 3 customer-supplied photos.</strong>
  </p>

  <p>
    The three-photo maximum helps maintain a clean, balanced composition and keeps important faces, names, and design details visually meaningful across the tumbler's wrap-style surface.

  <p>
    If you have more than three photos you would like considered, please select your <strong>three preferred photos</strong> before completing your Custom Design Form. Additional photos are not included in the standard tumbler design.

  <h3>Photo Quality &amp; Enhancement</h3>

  <p>
    The quality of the finished tumbler depends heavily on the quality of the photos provided. For best results, please submit clear, well-lit, high-resolution original photographs whenever possible.
  </p>

  <p>
    Screenshots, compressed images, blurry photos, heavily cropped images, or very small low-resolution files may not reproduce clearly on the finished product.
  </p>

  <p>
    If a submitted photo requires professional enhancement to improve resolution, clarity, exposure, or print quality, a <strong>$5–$10 Photo Enhancement Fee</strong> may apply depending on the amount of correction required.
  </p>

  <p>
    <strong>No photo enhancement work or additional enhancement charge will be applied without your approval.</strong> If enhancement is recommended, JeNuine DesignZ will contact you before proceeding and provide the applicable fee. You may also choose to submit a different photo instead.
  </p>

  <p>
    Photo enhancement can significantly improve many images, but it cannot guarantee perfect results from severely blurred, damaged, cropped, or extremely low-resolution source photos. If an image is not suitable for the design, JeNuine DesignZ may request a replacement photo before completing your proof.
  </p>

  <h3>How It Works</h3>

    <li>
      <strong>Your submission is reviewed.</strong> JeNuine DesignZ will review your photos, personalization, and design details. If additional information or photo enhancement is needed, you will be contacted before the design moves forward.

      <strong>Your custom artwork is created.</strong> A digital proof will be sent within <strong>24–48 hours after all required design information and usable photos have been received</strong>.

    <li>
      <strong>Review your proof carefully.</strong> Check all names, numbers, spelling, photos, colors, placement, and personalization details.
    </li>

    <li>
      <strong>Approve your proof.</strong> Production begins only after your final design has been approved.
    </li>

  <h3>Proof Approval &amp; Final Sale</h3>

    Once your digital proof is approved, the design is considered final and production will begin.

    Please carefully review all names, numbers, spelling, photos, colors, placement, and personalization details before approving your proof.
  </p>

  <p>
    Changes or corrections requested after proof approval may require additional fees and may not be possible once production has started. Because this product is personalized and made specifically for you, your order becomes <strong>final once the proof has been approved</strong>.

    <strong>Our Quality Commitment:</strong> If JeNuine DesignZ makes a production or design error that differs from your approved proof, we will work with you to correct the issue.

  <h3>Artwork, Copyright &amp; Usage Rights</h3>

    By submitting photographs, logos, graphics, artwork, trademarks, names, or other materials to JeNuine DesignZ, you confirm that you own the submitted materials or have obtained the necessary permission, license, or authorization to use and reproduce them for your custom order.
  </p>

  <p>
    JeNuine DesignZ relies on the customer's representation that all submitted materials are authorized for the requested use. The customer is responsible for obtaining any permissions or licenses required for copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected materials submitted with an order.
  </p>

  <p>
    <strong>JeNuine DesignZ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any design request involving material that we reasonably believe may infringe the intellectual property rights of another person, business, organization, school, team, or other rights holder.</strong>
  </p>

  <p>
    By approving the final proof, the customer confirms that the submitted materials and completed design are authorized for the requested use and accepts responsibility for claims arising from materials supplied by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  </p>

  <h3>Production Time</h3>

    This personalized tumbler is made to order and produced in-house by JeNuine DesignZ. Please allow <strong>5–7 business days after proof approval</strong> for production.

    The production timeline begins only after your digital proof has been approved. Delays in submitting required information, providing usable photos, responding to design questions, or approving your proof will move the estimated completion date accordingly.
