Design & Finish

Each button set is professionally designed and produced in-house by JeNuine DesignZ with a custom Raider Nation composition created specifically for the compact 2.25-inch format.

Depending on the information you provide, your artwork may include a photo, coordinated typography, name, number, class year, team or activity details, school-spirit wording, meaningful details, and other approved Raider-themed elements.

Photo placement, cropping, typography, spacing, effects, and decorative elements may be adjusted to create the strongest finished composition for the button's small circular design area.

The goal is a clean, bold, easy-to-read design that feels intentionally created as a personalized keepsake rather than simply placing a photo onto a standard button template.

Personalization & Design Limits

Depending on the information you provide, personalization may include a photo, name, number, class year, team or activity information, school-spirit wording, meaningful details, and other approved Raider-themed elements.

One custom design is included per button set. All buttons within the same set will feature the same approved design.

For example, a Set of 6 includes six buttons featuring one approved custom design. If you need different designs for multiple Raiders, family members, or occasions, each unique design requires separate design work and should be ordered separately or arranged as a custom group order.

Due to the 2.25-inch button size, one primary customer-supplied photo is recommended for the clearest and strongest finished design.

Additional personalization such as a name, number, class year, team or activity detail, or short school-spirit wording may be incorporated where space allows.

Because the printable area is compact, excessive wording, multiple photographs, or very detailed design elements may need to be simplified, reduced, or omitted to maintain readability and visual quality.

After selecting your preferred set quantity, please complete the Custom Design Form on this product page before adding the item to your cart. The form gives JeNuine DesignZ the information and photo needed to begin creating your custom artwork.

Please review all names, numbers, dates, spelling, class years, team or activity information, and other personalization details carefully before submitting the form.

Photo Quality & Enhancement

The quality of the finished button depends heavily on the quality of the photo provided. For best results, please submit a clear, well-lit, high-resolution original photograph whenever possible.

Screenshots, compressed images, blurry photos, heavily cropped images, or very small low-resolution files may not reproduce clearly on the finished product.

If a submitted photo requires professional enhancement to improve resolution, clarity, exposure, or print quality, a $5–$10 Photo Enhancement Fee may apply depending on the amount of correction required.

No photo enhancement work or additional enhancement charge will be applied without your approval. If enhancement is recommended, JeNuine DesignZ will contact you before proceeding and provide the applicable fee. You may also choose to submit a different photo instead.

Photo enhancement can significantly improve many images, but it cannot guarantee perfect results from severely blurred, damaged, cropped, or extremely low-resolution source photos. If an image is not suitable for the design, JeNuine DesignZ may request a replacement photo before completing your proof.

How It Works

1. Select your button set quantity. Choose a Set of 2, Set of 4, or Set of 6.
2. Complete the Custom Design Form. Open the “Complete Your Custom Design Form” section and submit your primary photo along with the requested personalization details before adding the button set to your cart.
3. Add your button set to the cart and complete checkout.
4. Your submission is reviewed. JeNuine DesignZ will review your photo, personalization, selected set quantity, and design details. If additional information or photo enhancement is needed, you will be contacted before the design moves forward.
5. Your custom artwork is created. A digital proof will be sent within 24–48 hours after all required design information and a usable photo have been received.
6. Review your proof carefully. Check all names, numbers, spelling, photos, colors, placement, and personalization details.
7. Approve your proof. Production begins only after your final design has been approved.

Proof Approval & Final Sale

Once your digital proof is approved, the design is considered final and production will begin.

Changes or corrections requested after proof approval may require additional fees and may not be possible once production has started. Because this product is personalized and made specifically for you, your order becomes final once the proof has been approved.

Our Quality Commitment: If JeNuine DesignZ makes a production or design error that differs from your approved proof, we will work with you to correct the issue.

Artwork, Copyright & Usage Rights

By submitting photographs, logos, graphics, artwork, trademarks, names, or other materials to JeNuine DesignZ, you confirm that you own the submitted materials or have obtained the necessary permission, license, or authorization to use and reproduce them for your custom order.

JeNuine DesignZ relies on the customer's representation that all submitted materials are authorized for the requested use. The customer is responsible for obtaining any permissions or licenses required for copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected materials submitted with an order.

JeNuine DesignZ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any design request involving material that we reasonably believe may infringe the intellectual property rights of another person, business, organization, school, team, or other rights holder.

By approving the final proof, the customer confirms that the submitted materials and completed design are authorized for the requested use and accepts responsibility for claims arising from materials supplied by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Production Time

This personalized button set is made to order and produced in-house by JeNuine DesignZ. Please allow 5–7 business days after proof approval for production.

The production timeline begins only after your digital proof has been approved. Delays in submitting required information, providing a usable photo, responding to design questions, or approving your proof will move the estimated completion date accordingly.
