Design & Finish

Each keepsake print is professionally designed as a custom Raider Nation composition, combining your submitted photos with coordinated typography, team-inspired graphics, names, jersey numbers, class years, and other personalized details.

This is not a generic photo enlargement. Every layout is intentionally arranged to create a polished, balanced finished design suitable for display and framing.

Photo placement, cropping, text, spacing, effects, and decorative elements may be adjusted to create the strongest overall composition within the 24 × 36 landscape format.

Personalization

Personalization may include athlete or cheerleader photos, names, jersey numbers, class year, team details, senior information, school-spirit wording, and other approved Raider-themed elements.

Each design includes a maximum of 3 customer-supplied photos. Limiting the design to three primary images helps maintain strong visual impact and keeps the finished composition clean and professional.

If you have more than three photos available, please choose your three preferred photos before submitting your order.

Please provide all names, jersey numbers, spelling, class years, team information, dates, and other requested personalization carefully. A digital proof will be provided before production begins.

Photo Quality & Enhancement

The quality of the finished keepsake depends heavily on the quality of the photos provided. For best results, please submit clear, well-lit, high-resolution original photographs whenever possible.

Screenshots, compressed images, blurry photos, heavily cropped images, or very small low-resolution files may not reproduce clearly at the larger 24 × 36 print size.

If a submitted photo requires professional enhancement to improve resolution, clarity, exposure, or overall design quality, a $5–$10 Photo Enhancement Fee may apply depending on the amount of correction required.

No photo enhancement work or additional enhancement charge will be applied without your approval. If enhancement is recommended, JeNuine DesignZ will contact you first with the applicable fee. You may also choose to submit a different photo instead.

Photo enhancement can improve many images, but it cannot guarantee perfect results from severely blurred, damaged, cropped, or extremely low-resolution source photos. If an image is not suitable for a large-format design, JeNuine DesignZ may request a replacement photo before completing your proof.

How It Works

1. Place your order and provide your personalization information and up to 3 photos.
2. Submitted photos will be reviewed for design and print quality.
3. If photo enhancement is recommended, you will be contacted before any additional work or charges are applied.
4. A digital proof will be sent within 24–48 hours after all required design information and usable photos have been received.
5. Carefully review your proof for names, numbers, spelling, photos, colors, placement, and all other personalization details.
6. Production begins only after your digital proof has been approved.

Proof Approval & Final Sale

Once your digital proof is approved, the design is considered final and production will begin.

Please carefully review all names, numbers, spelling, photos, colors, placement, and personalization details before approving your proof.

Changes or corrections requested after proof approval may require additional fees and may not be possible once production has started.

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of this product, your order becomes final once the digital proof has been approved.

Our Quality Commitment

If JeNuine DesignZ makes a production or design error that differs from your approved proof, we will work with you to correct the issue.

Artwork, Copyright & Usage Rights

By submitting photographs, logos, graphics, artwork, trademarks, names, or other materials to JeNuine DesignZ, you confirm that you own the submitted materials or have obtained the necessary permission, license, or authorization to use and reproduce them for your custom order.

JeNuine DesignZ relies on the customer's representation that all submitted materials are authorized for the requested use. The customer is responsible for obtaining any permissions or licenses required for copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected materials submitted with an order.

JeNuine DesignZ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any design request involving material that we reasonably believe may infringe the intellectual property rights of another person, business, organization, school, team, or other rights holder.

By approving the final proof, the customer confirms that the submitted materials and completed design are authorized for the requested use and accepts responsibility for claims arising from materials supplied by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Production Time

This personalized photo keepsake print is made-to-order. Please allow 5–7 business days after proof approval for production.

The production timeline begins only after your digital proof has been approved. Delays in submitting required information, usable photos, or proof approval will move the estimated completion date accordingly.

Display & Framing

This keepsake is sold unframed. The 24 × 36 size is a common large-format display size and can be framed by the customer after delivery if desired.

Because framing preferences vary by home, event, and display style, no frame or mounting hardware is included with this product.

Care & Handling

Handle the print with clean, dry hands and avoid bending, creasing, or exposing it to excessive moisture. For long-term display, framing is recommended to help protect the printed surface.
