Design & Finish

Each rally fan is created as a custom layered composition rather than a simple flat print. Your selected photo, name, number, activity details, class year, Raider Nation wording, and other approved elements may be arranged into a personalized design created specifically for the fan's shape, size, and layered construction.

The artwork is printed and laminated where applicable, precision-cut, layered with premium and specialty cardstock, and assembled by hand to create dimensional depth and a finished presentation that feels intentional from front to back.

Photo placement, cropping, typography, spacing, layered shapes, decorative elements, and overall proportions may be adjusted to create the strongest finished composition within the approximate 6.2 × 9.25 inch format.

Because this product is handcrafted, slight variations in placement, trimming, layering, alignment, and finished dimensions may occur. These small differences are part of the handmade nature of the product and do not affect the intended design.

Personalization & Design Limits

Depending on the information you provide, personalization may include:

• Other approved Raider-themed elements

Due to the size and layered construction of the fan, one strong primary customer-supplied photo is recommended for the clearest and most impactful finished design.

Additional wording and personalized details may be incorporated where space and the layered composition allow. Excessive wording, multiple photographs, or very detailed elements may need to be simplified or omitted to maintain visual clarity and structural balance.

Fan Set Options

One custom design is included per fan set. All fans within the same set will feature the same approved personalized design.

For example, a Set of 3 includes three handcrafted fans featuring one approved design.

If you need different Raiders, different photos, different names, or different personalized layouts within the same order, each unique design requires separate design work and should be ordered separately or arranged as a custom group order.

Photo Quality & Enhancement

The quality of the finished rally fan depends heavily on the quality of the photo provided. For best results, please submit a clear, well-lit, high-resolution original photograph whenever possible.

Screenshots, heavily compressed images, blurry photos, very small files, heavily cropped images, or low-resolution photographs may not reproduce clearly when printed and incorporated into the finished design.

If a submitted photo requires professional enhancement to improve resolution, clarity, exposure, cleanup, background quality, or print readiness, a $5–$10 Photo Enhancement Fee may apply depending on the amount of correction required.

No photo enhancement work or additional enhancement charge will be applied without your approval. If enhancement is recommended, JeNuine DesignZ will contact you before proceeding and provide the applicable fee. You may also choose to submit a different photograph instead.

Photo enhancement can significantly improve many images, but it cannot guarantee perfect results from severely blurred, damaged, cropped, extremely low-resolution, or incomplete source photographs. If an image is not suitable for the design, JeNuine DesignZ may request a replacement photo before completing your proof.

How It Works

1. Select your fan quantity. Choose 1 Fan, Set of 2, or Set of 3.
2. Complete the Custom Design Form. Open the “Complete Your Custom Design Form” section and submit your primary photo along with the requested personalization details before adding the rally fan to your cart.
3. Add your rally fan or set to the cart and complete checkout.
4. Your submission is reviewed. JeNuine DesignZ will review your photo, personalization, selected quantity, and design details. If additional information or photo enhancement is needed, you will be contacted before the design moves forward.
5. Your custom artwork is created. A digital proof will be sent within approximately 24–48 hours after all required design information and a usable photo have been received.
6. Review your proof carefully. Check all names, numbers, spelling, photos, colors, placement, and personalization details.
7. Approve your proof. Production begins only after your final design has been approved.

Proof Approval & Final Sale

Once your digital proof is approved, the design is considered final and production will begin.

Please carefully review all names, numbers, spelling, photos, colors, placement, and personalization details before approving your proof.

Changes or corrections requested after proof approval may require additional fees and may not be possible once printing, laminating, cutting, layering, or hand assembly has started.

Because this product is personalized, handcrafted, and made specifically for you, your order becomes final once the proof has been approved.

Our Quality Commitment: If JeNuine DesignZ makes a production or design error that differs from your approved proof, we will work with you to correct the issue.

Artwork, Copyright & Usage Rights

By submitting photographs, logos, graphics, artwork, trademarks, names, or other materials to JeNuine DesignZ, you confirm that you own the submitted materials or have obtained the necessary permission, license, or authorization to use and reproduce them for your custom order.

JeNuine DesignZ relies on the customer's representation that all submitted materials are authorized for the requested use. The customer is responsible for obtaining any permissions or licenses required for copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected materials submitted with an order.

JeNuine DesignZ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any design request involving material that we reasonably believe may infringe the intellectual property rights, publicity rights, or other rights of another person, business, organization, school, team, or rights holder.

By approving the final proof, the customer confirms that the submitted materials and completed design are authorized for the requested use and accepts responsibility for claims arising from materials supplied by the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Production Time

Each personalized rally fan is made to order and individually assembled by hand. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days after proof approval for production.

The production timeline begins only after your digital proof has been approved and does not include the initial design and proofing period, weekends, holidays, shipping transit time, or delays caused by missing customer information.

Larger quantities may require additional production time because every fan must be individually printed, laminated where applicable, precision-cut, layered, and hand-assembled.

Care & Handling

Although laminated printed elements provide added durability, this is a handcrafted cardstock product and should be handled with reasonable care.

Avoid prolonged exposure to rain, excessive moisture, extreme heat, crushing, bending, or rough handling. The layered cardstock construction is dimensional and should not be treated as a waterproof or weatherproof product.

When not in use, store the rally fan flat or upright in a clean, dry area where the layered elements will not be compressed or bent.
